AUSA Jenifer Weir is vicious hostile and, on a rampage…
AUSA Jenifer Weir is Vicious hostile and, on a Rampage Threating to Arrest an Innocent 73-Year-Old Retired Dentist.
This story is about a woman who is corrupt to the core. She is an adult female using the government’s power to lie, cheat, and threaten innocent people into submission. When the Government has a strong case, the Government may offer a defendant a plea deal to avoid trial and perhaps reduce the exposure to a more lengthy sentence.
AUSA Jenifer Weir understands full well that Dr. Richard Marchitto is innocent of ever committing any crimes. He simply an investor who invested money into a streaming company who won the brand blazer award by Verizon. He also became employed with the company after retiring from dentistry.
AUSA Jenifer Weir and her cohorts also know Dr. Marchitto could only plead guilty if he committed a crime and was willing to admit to doing so in open court before the judge. In the Federal Government, there are agencies that employ criminal investigators to collect and provide information to the United States Attorneys in the respective district.
Such as,
- Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)
- United States Secret Service (USSS)
- Homeland Security Investigations (DHS/HSI)
So, because of the facts of the case, she could not arrest Dr. Marchitto as she had no probable cause or direct evidence to support any facts that he ever did anything wrong. Nevertheless, being crazier than a loon, AUSA Jenifer Weir drew up a second sham plea agreement. She then told Marchitto Attorney Jay V. Surgent from Weiner law group that the AUSA Jenifer Weir had sent a second plea agreement that she wanted him to sign, and he would get no jail time.
Dr. Marchitto then told his attorney, Jay let me see the Plea agreement. Jay Surgent the attorney for Marchitto then tells Marchitto if you are not going to sign it AUSA said not to let you see it.
Dr. Marchitto told Jay he would not sign anything unless it was the truth. Jay then said, “well then, I can’t let you see the agreement and I must send it back to AUSA Jenifer Weir.
Then Jay proceeds to tell Dr. Marchitto, AUSA Jenifer Weir told him if he did not drop the case against the government for seizing $200,000 dollars from his business account, she would put him in jail. https://www.bignewsnetwork.com/news/272545641/special-fbi- agent-michelle-belluzzi-is-granted-seizure-warrant-to-73-year-old- richard-marchittos-bank-account-upon-mere-suspicion
Since when is the government allowed to force a victim to sign fake plea agreements and threaten to arrest innocent people if they
don’t agree to lie? Why is this crazy woman being allowed to go rogue?
Public corruption in any form is the misuse of a public or government office for private gain. Its existence is an indication that something has gone wrong in the management of the government office, whether it be federal, state, or local. In that regard, it is a basic tenet that government is not to be used for personal enrichment and the extending of benefits to the corrupt.
The prevention of corruption is essential not only to make government work for its intended purpose. Ensure that public officials are using their office to further the public interest and not to enrich themselves or others. But also to preserve public confidence in the democratic process. As to the latter, the United States Supreme Court has observed: A democracy is effective only if the people have faith in those who govern. And that faith is bound to be shattered when high officials and their appointees engage in activities which arouse suspicions of malfeasance. And corruption such as in this case by AUSA Jenifer Weir.
Regulations
There is an extensive amount of regulations which governs the behavior of federal officials. These regulations state ethical proscriptions. AUSA Jenifer Weir telling Marchitto attorney Jay Surgent to have him agree to sign something he did not look at or give it back is corruption at the highest level.
Moreover, the law firm of Marchitto has been paid a huge amount of money in this case and now the law firm is taking orders from AUSA Jenifer Weir and telling Marchitto to pay more money, or he will be dropped by the law firm.
Overview
Well let’s see the government stole $200,000 from Dr. Marchitto bank account, closed his business down, threatened to arrest him if he opened another bank account. Wanted him to sign a fake plea agreement without seeing it. Then to really make matters worse they threatened the good Dr. to drop the case against the FBI. And the government or they would arrest him straight away.
The Hobbs Act by its express language makes it a crime to obstruct. Delay, or affect commerce by robbery or extortion. Federal prosecutors are given broad weapons to prosecute public corruption, especially with respect to state and local corruption. Where the pertinent statutes empowers them to challenge almost any unlawful, questionable or unethical conduct of a public
official, subject to the prosecutor’s exercise of sound discretion.
In this case AUSA has gone too far and must be stopped. Moreover, Jay v surgent should not be holding back information or threating to drop the case as marchitto is being threatened and bullied by AUSA Jenifer Weir.
Bottom line If one of the first things a lawyer does is even mentioned a plea deal, RUN!!!
Final Words
A lawyer’s job is to zealously advocate and defend their client. Jay surgent is Marchitto’s lawyer, who should be taking the time to hear the real story and fight for him. Research the facts, research the law, and only AFTER ruling out every possible way to fight the charge should the lawyer even consider striking a plea bargain or subjecting Dr. Marchitto to such harsh conditions.
This case stinks the high heaven and AUSA Jenifer Weir is breaking the laws of the land. While threatening to put an innocent man in jail. Hopefully an honest attorney or a government official will stop AUSA Jenifer Weir from her rampage and full out duplicitous lies in this case. Allow the good Dr. to relax and enjoy the retirement he worked so hard for and deserves.
